Joe brings over 20 years of experience in large-scale sporting and event tenting to his role as President of Tents by Design. He guides the company’s vision, culture, and long-term direction, focusing on leadership, relationships, and the values that shape how the team shows up for every project and partner.

With a decade of experience in tenting and production execution, Zac leads sales strategy alongside a complex procurement process that supports both custom projects and large-scale installations - all with a deep understanding of both aesthetics and logistics.He oversees quoting, sourcing, and purchasing decisions, coordinating inventory, vendors, and timelines to ensure each project is financially sound, operationally feasible, and aligned with client expectations.

With over 10 years of experience as an international luxury wedding planner and designer, Chelsea brings a planner-first perspective to her role at Tents by Design. She drives growth through creative leadership, trusted relationships, and strategic partnerships, leading concept development and proposal strategy for planners, designers, and clients alike. Chelsea supports the design process from early vision through execution, helping translate ideas into elevated, experience-driven environments that set Tents by Design apart.
